At Goryokou Tours, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes to your plans. Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and modifications.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., booking charges).
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the travel date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel date are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Goryokou Tours
If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule the trip.
3. Changes to Bookings
Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain components of the package, such as non-refundable hotel reservations or tickets, are not eligible for refunds.
